Every output must be reviewed by a licensed customs broker or qualified trade compliance professional against official sources before it is used for an entry, filing, client advice, or commercial decision.

Users should verify outputs against primary and authoritative sources such as the current HTSUS, CBP CROSS rulings, Federal Register notices, CBP CSMS messages, applicable chapter and section notes, agency guidance, executive orders or proclamations, and relevant Partner Government Agency requirements. ClassifyIQ can help organize research, but official sources remain the authority.

No. ClassifyIQ does not issue binding rulings, advance rulings, or official determinations. Is customer data used to train public AI models?

No. ClassifyIQ does not use customer shipment data, product descriptions, uploaded commercial documents, classification history, or generated reports to train public AI models. Customer inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate outputs, but ClassifyIQ treats customer commercial data as confidential and commercially sensitive.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Once paid plans are active, users can cancel their subscription through their account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing and access to paid features will usually continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
